Emergency & I, the underground classic from The Dismemberment Plan, is available on color vinyl for the first time. In the 25 years since it's release, Emergency & I has been widely regarded as the definitive artistic statement from the beloved Washington D.C. quartet, and as one of the best indie albums of the 90's.
