Artwork
- • Supply print-ready files at final trim size with bleed.
- • Preferred formats: layered PDF, AI, PSD, or high-res TIFF.
- • Keep text and critical artwork inside a safe area so jackets trim cleanly.
Audio + Production
- • Send sequencing-ready vinyl masters, not the digital release files.
- • Flag intended RPM, side splits, and any locked groove or special playback notes early.
- • If timing is tight, mention release deadlines inside the quote request so we can plan around them.
Packaging
- • Standard jackets move fastest. Gatefolds and premium inserts need earlier sign-off.
- • Plan special finishes, obi strips, and hype stickers up front.
- • Use the quote page for the first pass, then finalize production details during follow-up.
