Ordering and Shipping
How long does shipping take?+
Standard shipping takes 3 to 5 business days. Expedited options are available at checkout. We ship Monday through Friday from Studio City, CA.
Do you ship internationally?+
Currently we ship within the US only. International shipping is planned for a future update.
What is your return policy?+
We accept returns on unopened items within 30 days of purchase. Used or opened vinyl is non-returnable unless defective. See our full Returns page for details.
Can I pick up in-store?+
Yes. Select In-Store Pickup at checkout and your order will be ready within 2 hours during store hours.
Records and Products
How do you grade used records?+
We use the Goldmine grading standard. Every used record is graded visually and play-tested.
What does sealed mean?+
Sealed means the record has never been opened. Factory plastic wrap is intact.
Do you buy or trade used records?+
Yes. Bring your records in-store and we'll assess them on the spot. We buy outright or offer store credit.
Pressing Service
Do you offer vinyl pressing?+
Yes. We run a vinyl pressing service for independent artists and labels. We handle test pressings through full production runs.
How do I get a quote?+

How long does pressing take?+
Standard turnaround is 10 to 14 weeks from approved lacquer. Rush options are available.
In-Store and Events
When are new arrivals added?+
New releases hit the floor every Tuesday. Used inventory is added daily.
Do you host events?+
Yes. We run in-store listening parties, release events, and live performances. Sign up for our newsletter or check the Events page.
Is the store accessible?+
Yes. The store is street-level and wheelchair accessible. Street parking is available on Ventura Boulevard.
