"Salvation, " released on September 1, 1997, marked Alphaville's fifth studio album and signaled a new phase in their musical journey, as it was the first Alphaville album without Ricky Echolette and the last to feature Bernhard Lloyd, who left the band in 2003. The album spawned the singles "Wishful Thinking" and "Flame." Now available on vinyl for the very first time as a limited edition featuring extensive booklets with essays/liner notes by Marian Gold and Bernhard Lloyd. Additionally, the booklet offers many new, partly unpublished photos.
