If You Insist [CD], The Bends, CD

The Louisiana 4-piece, The Bends, release their debut album If You Insist, featuring “Smoking in Bed” and “Seasons Change.” Across these 12 tracks, the alt-rock group bottles the energy of the college house parties that launched them from local favorites to a band carving out a rock career of their own. They tackle the brutal honesty of growing up and not having everything figured out.
