Seelie Court - the world's premier label for rare and previously unreleased archive recordings of underground folk, rock, proto-metal, and psychedelic music presents Isolation. Created in the wintry January of 1973, Isolation is a concept album and film of exceptional quality-a journey into emotional withdrawal and melancholia through acoustic-edged progressive rock of often hypnotic intensity. Only 99 copies were produced at Riverside Studios in London, each featuring a stark, hand-printed sleeve. The band comprised Richard Blondell on 12-string guitar and vocals, Dave Smith on piano and vocals, John Paul Davidson on flute, Ian Robinson on electric guitars, Chris Pritchett on violin, and Tim Neild on bass and banjo.
