Antone's is 50 this year. That's 50 years of Blues at Antone's. That's 31 years of Clifford Antone laying the ground work, and 19 years trying to carry on his mission. That is 'playing the blues', but it's deeper; it's celebrating folks who deserve greater recognition. Putting them in the spotlight and giving them their flowers. Recorded at Arlyn Studios in Austin, TX with a host of incredible Texas Blues musicians, this album defines and celebrates the history of Texas blues.
