The Lord of the Rings- star Viggo Mortensen wrote, directed and produced his own film to which he also wrote the soundtrack - THE DEAD DON't HURT. The film was selected for the Toronto Film Festival and is about a story of star-crossed lovers set in the U.S. frontier of the 1860s. The original soundtrack written by Viggo Mortensen encompasses intimate melodies, crafted on solo piano, cello, & violin. The music is relaxing and meditative, just like the landscapes in the film. The soundtrack consists of 24x score tracks and is now available on CD.
